This set of 8 lasered discs have been created to represent the "8 symbols of learning" in Indigenous cultures, often referred to as the "8 Ways" framework.
The discs represent eight key pedagogical practices that include: story sharing, learning maps (visualizing knowledge), non-verbal learning, symbols and images, land links (place-based learning), non-linear thinking, deconstruct/reconstruct (modeling and scaffolding), and community links (applying knowledge for the benefit of the community)
Each disc measures 6cm in diameter.
